How to Order
A step-by-step guide to ordering from Furniture City online: finding furniture, picking your colour and options, and choosing delivery and payment.
Placing an order
1Open the menu or search
Tap the three lines at the top left to open the menu. Furniture is grouped by room:
- Bedroom Furniture: chests of drawers, dressing tables, wardrobes, night stands, beds and mattresses
- Living Room: centre tables and TV stands
- Dining Room: dining sets and display cabinets
- Office: desks and conference tables
- Kitchen Cabinetry: upper and base cabinets
Looking for something by name, like "Christopher" or "mattress"? Tap the magnifying glass and type it in.
2Choose your colour and options
Tap a product to open it. Many pieces come in more than one version, and you pick yours with the buttons under the price. The dark button is the one selected.
- Colour: most of our range comes in Apple, Cherry, Poplar or White.
- Size: for beds, mattresses, TV stands and desks.
- Extras: for example a mirror on a chest of drawers, or a split-top drawer.
The price and photo update when you change an option, so check the price after you've made your choices.
3Add it to your cart
Set the quantity, then tap Add to cart. Keep shopping and add more pieces, or tap the bag icon at the top right to see your cart.
Only buying one item? Buy it now skips the cart and goes straight to checkout.
In the cart you can change quantities, remove an item with the bin icon, and check the colour and options you picked. When it all looks right, tap Check out.
4Enter your details
At checkout, give your email or phone number, your name and your address. Please include your community and any landmarks so our driver can find you. You don't need an account to order, but if you make one (the person icon at the top) your details are filled in next time.
5Choose delivery or pickup

We deliver within Saint Lucia only. Family overseas can still order and have it delivered to someone here.
6Choose how to pay

| Cash on delivery | Pay when your furniture arrives. |
| Cash on pickup | Pay when you collect at the factory. |
| Bank deposit | Our team sends you the bank details after you order. We book your delivery once the payment is in. |
| Layaway | Pay over time. Our team contacts you to set up the payment plan. |
Tap Complete order. You'll see your order number on screen and get a confirmation by email or text.
7We'll be in touch
Our sales team will contact you to confirm your order and arrange the delivery or pickup day. If you have a question in the meantime, WhatsApp us with your order number.
About our prices
All prices include VAT.
When you browse from Saint Lucia, the site shows prices in EC dollars. Our checkout works in US dollars, so you may see US$ at checkout, and on the site if you're browsing from abroad. To get the EC$ price, multiply the US$ amount by 2.70.
Example: the Christopher Four Drawer Chest is US$233.85, which is EC$632.
Clearance bargains
The Clearance page lists one-of-a-kind pieces with small cosmetic marks, sold as they are at 20% off the regular price.
- Each row shows what the mark is, the regular price crossed out, and the clearance price in red, in EC$.
- Tap Details & photos to see the piece and its damage up close.
- There's only one of each, so call or WhatsApp us to view or reserve a piece before it goes.
- Clearance pieces can't be returned. Please check the photos, or come and see the piece, before you buy.
Custom kitchens and closets
We also build fitted kitchens, closets and bathroom vanities to measure. See photos of our work in our Portfolio, then call or WhatsApp us for a quote. We price built-ins after measuring your space.
Returns
You can return a regular-priced item within 7 days of purchase if it is defective, unused and undamaged. Bring it to our factory with your receipt or order number. Refunds carry a 10% restocking fee. Sale and clearance items can't be returned. Read the full Refund/Return Policy.
